A new kind of film festival.

This is what filmmaking is all about, having the opportunity to share a piece of storytelling to the public. Not only did SEIFF make that happen but they did it with such integrity and belief that the locals came back to watch our film more than once.  Awards can be wonderful but what SEIFF does that is more rewarding (that so many other festivals don’t) is they put your films at the forefront of their programme for anyone and everyone to see. It’s a festival that cares, you couldn’t ask for more.

Liam Harris, Best Surrey Film SEIFF 2018

The first SATISFIED EYE International Film Festival was held over three days in Epsom, Surrey, UK in October 2018.

Our inaugural season opened with stunt performers from Star Wars: Rogue One leaping from a building, live music, An international street food market, networking drinks and a packed-out People’s Choice screening.

The festival included 25 events, 34 films, screenings of UK and European premieres, Q&A’s, workshops and free family activities. Our final day closed with a sell-out Q&A with casting director Elaine Grainger, before our grand finale: the gala red-carpet awards ceremony at the historic Queen’s Stand of Epsom Racecourse.
